Matriarch Purple is the first of our Matriarch teas featuring a rare purple tea that grows in the Mt Kenya region. The cool conditions and high altitude create the perfect growing conditions to produce increased amounts of deep purple anthocyanins and polyphenols, powerful antioxidant with famous health benefits. 

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, we are donating 10% of profits in the month of October to local nonprofits in the fight against breast cancer.
